John Hayduk
John Hayduk is a licensed auto damage appraiser and the president of Collision Safety Consultants of PA. He holds appraiser licences in Pennsylvania (PA 128560), Delaware (DE 3003659684) and Connecticut (CT 2069690), and takes cases in other states where those licences are accepted.
His work is the appraisal clause: when a carrier's valuation of a total loss, a diminished value claim or a repair estimate is lower than the car deserves, he documents the vehicle, writes the appraisal, and takes it up with the carrier's appraiser until the number is right.
How we work
- The office is one of the independent Collision Safety Consultants offices across the country, each locally owned and licensed in its own state.
- Every case starts with the carrier's own paperwork: the offer, the valuation report or the estimate. We read it before we say anything about what the claim is worth.
- We tell you plainly whether a case is worth pursuing. Some are not, and we say so.
- Inspections happen where the car is: at the repair shop, at your home or at our office.
